Participants can register themselves using a unique link you share — or by scanning a QR code generated from your admin dashboard that leads directly to your organization’s registration page. Once registered, each participant automatically receives their own personal, reusable QR code. No special app required.
Participants can retrieve their QR code anytime by entering the email address used when they registered, into the Lost QR Code form accessed from the main page of the app. Download links for all QR codes associated to that participant will instantly be sent via email.

Check-ins/outs require an internet connection to update in real time. If you experience downtime, you can scan once the connection returns, and all records will continue to sync automatically. The lightweight app runs fast on WiFi connections as well as on cellular data connections.
